William J. Peoples

     Mr. Peoples, 32, of Coalport, died Thursday, March 21, 2019.

     He was born March 26, 1986 in Philipsburg, a son of  Jerry L. and Anita R. (Hammond) Peoples of Coalport.  In September 2008, in Curwensville, he married Beth C. Freyer who survives along with three children who were his proudest achievements and lights of his life: daughter Briah B. Peoples and sons Jaxx W. Peoples and Cameron E. Peoples, all of Curwensville.  Also surviving is a brother Robert J. Dillon of Clearwater, FL. a sister Michelle A. Peoples of Houtzdale, her fiancé Nathan Kephart, aunts and uncles Bob and Ann Zendek, Tim and Tina Peoples, Nancy and Terry Corson and James Hammond and numerous cousins.  He was preceded in death by paternal grandparents Jerry W. and Jean A. Peoples and maternal grandparents James W. and Ann L. Hammond.

     Billy was a 2004 graduate of Glendale High School and had been employed as a fabricator in the gas well industry.  He enjoyed hunting and fishing and, with his boys, was an avid mushroom hunter.

     Friends will be received at the McQuown Funeral Home, Glasgow on Tuesday March 26, 2019 from 9:00 am until the hour of services of 11:00 am with Pastor Bob Queen officiating.  Burial in Lyleville Cemetery.  In lieu of flowers, please make donations payable to the funeral home to help with funeral expenses.
