Vyrl M. (McClellan) Richards

     Mrs. Richards, 91, Glasgow, died Saturday November 19, 2005 at the Altoona Hospital.  Born December 7, 1913 in Glasgow a daughter of the late Harry W. and Mary I. (Myers) McClellan.  She is survived by 2 sons: Donald B. and Stephen A. “Pep”, both of Glasgow, 5 grandchildren and numerous great and greatgreatgrandchildren.  The last of her generation in her family she was preceded in death by 4 brothers: Cecil, George, William and Harry and a sister Neva.  She had retired as a telephone operator from the former Reade Twp. Telephone Co., Glasgow and had attended the Mt. Zion Lutheran Church.
     Friends received Tuesday 2-4 & 6-8 pm and Wednesday 10-11 am at the McQuown Funeral Home, Glasgow, where funeral services will be held Wednesday at 11:00 am.  Interment in Pleasant Hill Cemetery, Glasgow.
