Mr. Stevens, 77, of Flinton, died unexpectedly Friday, August 2, 2024, at his residence following apparent cardiac issues. He was born October 26, 1946, in Philipsburg, the son of the late Harold G. and Edna (Beal) Stevens. On October 6, 1973, in Coalport, he married Barbara A. Lloyd who survives along with a son T.J. (Kim) Stevens and their three children Raina, Mark and Steve, all of Flinton. Also surviving are brothers-in-law and their wives Rodger and Joyce Lloyd of Carrolltown and Kenneth and Pat Lloyd of Coalport, nephews Charles and David Johns, who were raised with the family, several other nieces and nephews, close friends the Ronald Gensamer family and his best fur babies Nenette, Daisy and Odin.
Tom was a 1965 graduate of BCI High School. He served in the United States Navy as a Seaman Apprentice and had been employed as a Park Ranger at Prince Gallitzin State Park and then as an electrician for the Cambria County Courthouse.
He enjoyed playing his guitar, fishing, hunting, boating, riding his motorcycle and especially loved being with his family and dogs. Playing car racing video games was his passion.
A Memorial Service may be scheduled at a later date. Arrangements by the McQuown Funeral Home, Glasgow.
