Thomas David Nash

     Mr. Nash, 71, of Bellwood, formerly of Blandburg died Thursday, April 11, 2024, UPMC Shadyside, Pittsburgh.   He was born January 11, 1953, in Altoona, a son of the late Thomas A. and Dorothea M. (Graham) Nash.  On September 13, 1969, in Hollentown, he married Nancy L. Warsek who survives along with two sons Thomas D. (Jodi Garman) Nash and Christopher L. Nash, both of Blandburg, three grandchildren Derek (Amanda) Nash, Crystal Sanders and Jessica (Cody Krepps) Garman, two great-grandchildren Finn Nash and Adelynn Krepps and a sister Judith C. Dieterle of Muncy.  He was preceded in death by his parents.

     Tom was a 1970 graduate of Glendale High School and retired as a Terminal Manager for Estes Express in Altoona. He was a member of the Bellwood Eagles, had coached several local Reade Twp. area youth baseball teams, had played on several local Sunday League softball teams, owned and drove stockcars, and enjoyed hunting, fishing and camping.

     A Memorial Gathering will be held for family and friends on Wednesday, April 17, 2024 from 5-7 pm at the McQuown Funeral Home, Glasgow.
