Sibbie N. (Waite) Rickard

     Mrs. Rickard, 87, a resident of Windy Hill Village, Philipsburg and formerly of Allemans, died Friday, August 13, 2004 at the home.  Born September 25, 1916 in Smithmill a daughter of the late Zebual J. and Ida E. (Smith) Waite and on September 12, 1936, in Cumberland, MD., married Harold S. Rickard who died August 31, 1986.  Surviving are 3 children: Ervin L. of Columbia Station, OH., Darlene N. Nix of N. Ridgeville, OH. and Robert J. of Allemans, 14 grandchildren,    23 greatgrandchildren and 2 brothers: Zebual J. and William N., both of Cleveland, OH.  Also preceded in death by 2 sons Harold and Ronald, a daughter Judy, 4 brothers: Grover, Richard, Edward and Andrew and 6 sisters: Ida, Jewel, Eunice, Louise Wilkes, Ella Salsgiver and Hannah Bouch.  
Mrs. Rickard had attended Allemansville United Methodist Church.  Friends will be received Sunday 2-4 & 7-9 pm at the McQuown Funeral Home, Glasgow where funeral services will be held Monday at 10:00 am with Pastor Dennis McCracken officiating.  Interment in Oak Grove Cemetery, Allemans.
