Mr. McMahon, 63, of Glasgow, and formerly of Williamsport died Sunday, October 12, 2025 at his residence following an apparent cardiac event. He was born June 6, 1962, in Williamsport, a son of the late Robert and Evelyn (McKinney) McMahon. On April 10, 1991, in Williamsport, he married Catherine M. Dick who died July 2, 2022. Surviving are children Christina L. (Charles) Killinger and Teddy L. Reed-Devine, both of Coalport, Andrew J. (Tia) Martin, Joshua A. McMahon, Scott A. (Trista) McMahon, Jr., all of Glasgow, Melissa Lewis and her six children of Milton, twelve grandchildren Maria, Orlando, and Nirvana Velez, Izak Schroat, Amy, Emma and Ivy McMahon, Ares, Eric, Breahna, Christian and Danielle Martin, siblings Jane (Robert) Burget, Robert (Kim) McMahon and Sherry (Mike) Sanders, all of Williamsport, seven nieces and nephews, five great nieces and nephews and one great-great nephew. He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife and a nephew.
Scott was a 1980 graduate of Williamsport High School and had served in the United States Army as a Private. He had been a supervisor at the former Eureka Paper Box Company in Williamsport.
There will be no viewing. A memorial gathering will be held on Thursday, October 30, 2025 at the McQuown Funeral Home, Glasgow from 2-3 pm.
