Robert Lawrence Robeson

     Mr. Robeson, 78, Fallentimber, died Saturday, September 3, 2022 at UPMC Altoona.   He was born February 27, 1944, in Pasadena, CA., a son of the late Everett and Lois (Fisher) Robeson.   Surviving is his life partner Vena Rule, of Fallentimber, two stepdaughters Erica Pagano and Aron VanNimwegen both of Apple Valley, CA., and four sisters Diana Haynen of Carlsbad, CA., Carol Wilde of Fairview, OR., Linda Moore of Aloha, OR. and Debbie Hale of Fairfield, IL.  He was also preceded in death by a brother Dennis Robeson.

     Robert served his country in the United States Navy during the Vietnam War. Upon his discharge he was employed for 25 years as Postmaster in the Smoke Run post office and retired in 2003 from the Glasgow post office.

     He attended Mountaindale Baptist Church where a memorial service will be held at 11:00 am on Saturday, September 24, 2022 with Pastor Ben Warfel officiating.  Arrangements by McQuown Funeral Home, Glasgow.
