Robert Lynn Kidwell

     Mr. Kidwell, 92, a resident of Mountain Laurel Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center, Clearfield, and formerly of Flinton, died Saturday, February 13, 2021 at the center.  He was born January 15, 1929, in Blandburg, a son of the late Harry L. and Elsie M. (Long) Kidwell.  On September 18, 1950, in Winchester, VA., he married Lola Jane Best who survives along with a son Dennis Lynn Kidwell, at home.  He was preceded in death by a sister Fay Dodson and three brothers Harry, William and Jack.

     Lynn was Valedictorian of the class of 1947 at Reade Twp. High School.  He retired as a car repairman for Conrail in Altoona and had also been a handyman carpenter.  He was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Philipsburg Chapel, where he had served as Bishop for five years.

     Abiding by his wishes, there will be no viewing or services.  Arrangements by McQuown Funeral Home, Glasgow.
