Mr. Warner, 58, of Blandburg, died Tuesday, July 21, 2026 at UPMC Presbyterian Hospital, Pittsburgh from complications of injuries he received in an ATV accident earlier this month, doing what he most enjoyed, riding his 4-wheeler. He was born January 5, 1968 in Philipsburg, a son of the late Fred J. and Edna M. (Friday) Warner, Sr. He was also preceded in death by a brother Fred Warner, Jr. Surviving are three siblings Ernest P. (Wendy) Warner, Sr. of Blandburg, Peggy S. Warner of Houtzdale and Elizabeth A. Diehl and her companion Bob Downs of Coalport.
Richie was a member of the Coalport Moose and an auxiliary member of the Coalport VFW. Everyone that knew Richie knew that his favorite mode of transport was his 2025 Polaris 450.
A viewing for family and friends will be held on Monday, July 27, 2026 from 2-4 and 6-8 pm and again on Tuesday from noon until the hour of services at 1:00 pm, all at the McQuown Funeral Home, Glasgow. Pastor Ben Warfel will officiate and burial will be in Pleasant Hill Cemetery, Glasgow.
