Mr. Kane, 84, a resident of Meadow View Nursing Center, Berlin, PA. and formerly of Altoona, died Thursday, December 25, 2025, at the center. He was born September 12, 1941 in Altoona, a son of the late Walter A. and Reba I. (McCartney) Kane. Surviving are three siblings James A. Kane of Fayetteville, PA., Sue K. Neilson of Newark, DE. And Debbie C. Smith of Glasgow.
Known as Terry he was a painter of residential homes, commercial buildings and bridges in various locations. He served as a Private in the United States Army and was an avid golfer. He was a fan of the Pittsburgh Steelers and the Altoona Curve.
There will no visitation or services. Burial in Pleasant Hill Cemetery, Glasgow. Arrangements by McQuown Funeral Home, Glasgow. Anyone wishing to make a memorial donation in Terry's name, he would have loved it if you could make that donation to: St. Jude's Childrens' Hospital at stjude.org.
