Rev. Richard C. Baker

     Rev. Baker, 74, Van Ormer, died Saturday October 1, 2011 at AHRS-Altoona Hospital Campus.  Born December 13, 1936 in Binghamton, NY. a son of the late Charles and Lillian E. (Dufford) Baker.  He was married September 5, 1963, in Owenton, KY. to Marie Carolyn Pacey who died November 13, 2004.  Surviving are two daughters Valerie J. of Danville, KY and Regina C. (Mark) Young and their daughter Sophia of Lexington, KY., and 1 brother Robert of Norwich, NY.  He was also preceded in death by a grandson.  
     He was a member of the Brethren in Christ Church, Blandburg where friends will be received Wednesday from 1 until the 2 pm funeral services  with Pastors Fred Simmers, Jon Hommer and Bob Noren officiating.  Interment in Pleasant Hill Cemetery, Glasgow.
