Regis A. Noel

     Mr. Noel, 64, Fallentimber, died Sunday May 20, 2007 at ARHS-Altoona Hospital.  Born June 18, 1942, in Van Ormer, a son of the late Joseph A. and Cressie J. (Bender) Noel.  On February 16, 1974, in Angola, NY. he married Sally Rae Kleinschmidt who survives along with a son Regis A., Jr, (Kelly), their 2 children Karissa Evajean and Regis Austin, III, all of Gill Hollow, and a daughter Joleen M., at home.  Also surviving are brothers Jerry (Jean) of Rosebud, Paul (Tressa) of Lyleville, Ronald of York and a sister Patricia Geary of Angola, NY.  Also surviving by numerous nieces and nephews and best friends Bud Yost, Jim Neil, Bill Shannon and Terry and Marie McMasters.  He was also preceded in death by 3 sisters Mildred Harpster, Marie Kubat and Florence Cavalet.
     He had worked for Bison Cannery in Angola, NY for 21 years and then for several local coal mines.  Regis loved spending time with his grandchildren who were the joys of his life.  He was their “Hap.“  He loved his Harley that he won, hunting, being outdoors and Bingo.
     Friends received Tuesday 2-4 & 6-8 pm at the McQuown Funeral Home, Glasgow, where funeral services will be held Wednesday at noon with Pastor Jon Hommer officiating.  Burial will be in Beaver Valley Cemetery, Flinton.
