Randolph L. "Randy" Franks

     Mr. Franks, 55, Altoona and formerly of Blandburg, died unexpectedly Sunday, November 15, 2015 at his residence.  Born February 17, 1960 in Philipsburg a son of the late Lawrence F. and Grace L. (Keith) Franks.  Surviving are four siblings; twins Deb Franks of Blandburg and Dale Franks of Altoona, Brenda (Bob) Zeak and Dave L. (Kelly) Franks both of Blandburg.  Also surviving are several nieces and nephews.  
     Randy was a 1978 graduate of Glendale High School.  He had been employed at the former Bomont Mills Silk Mill/Juniata Fabrics of Altoona as a Spare Hand.  He had been a member of the Bellwood AmVets.  He enjoyed life to the fullest.
     A private family time will be held at the convenience of the family.  Arrangements by McQuown Funeral Home, Glasgow.
