Mr. McClinsey, 84, HAIDA Manor, Hastings, and formerly of Fiske, Fallentimber, RD., died Friday, April 13, 2007 at the manor. Born November 22, 1922, in Glen Richey a son of the late Hiram E. and Bessie (Fisher) McClinsey. Married Mildred E. Rutter on April 19, 1947 in Curwensville who died November 29, 2004. Surviving are a daughter Lisa C. McClinsey of Wilkes-Barre, a son Ronald L. of St. Mary’s, 2 grandchildren, 1 greatgrandchild. He was preceded in death by a son Richard and 3 brothers Alton, Hiram and Robert and a sister Zola. He was a graduate of Curwensville H.S, served in the Army as a Sergeant in WWII and retired in 1984 as a Stock Clerk from Rushton Mines, Osceola.
Friends will be received Monday 2-4 & 6-8 pm at the McQuown Funeral Home, Glasgow where funeral services will be held 11:00 am Tuesday with Rev. Dean Hinton officiating. Interment in Pleasant Hill Cemetery, Glasgow.
