Ms. Gill, 77, of Ginter, died Wednesday, October 26, 2022 at UPMC Altoona surrounded by her children and grandchildren. She was born October 4, 1945, in Philipsburg, a daughter of the late Wilbur and Maebelle (Bouch) Gill. She was twice married, first to Harold L. Matthew who died on November 5, 1969 and second to Daniel E. Burns who died December 9, 1987. Surviving are a son Harold L. Matthew, Jr. of Ginter and his children Shandra and Tayla Matthew, a daughter Linda L. Gardner of Houtzdale and her children Brittany and Sabrina Gardner, a daughter Sandra L. Selvage of Clearfield and her children Jayy Selvage, and Jonathan and Tristin Hoover, a daughter Danielle L. Klinger of Wildwood, FL. and her children Keshia and Justine Smith, Destiny McGarry and Gary Klinger, Jr. and a daughter Cristina M. (Mark) Hallman of Smithmill and her children Zackary and Daniel Burns, David and Haylee Kanouff and Taylor, Bridget, Thomas and Matthew Hallman. Also surviving are twenty-eight great-grandchildren, a sister Sandra (Robert) Lamborn of Duncansville and their children Beth Corey and Tina and Tammy Leaper and a sister Kathy (Raymond) Hazlett of Cresson and their children Chuck Gill, and Timothy, Michael and Joey Hazlett. Nancy was preceded in death by her parents, her husbands, two sons Daniel, Jr. and Billy Burns, a granddaughter Bobbie Jo Matthew and two brothers Tommy and Jimmy Gill.
Funeral services will be held at 1:00 pm Monday, October 31, 2022 at McQuown Funeral Home, Glasgow with Pastor Joe Hollen officiating. Visitation will be held at the funeral home Monday from11:00 am until the hour of services. Burial will be in Beaver Valley Cemetery, Flinton.
