Mrs. McCaulley, 71, of Altoona, died Wednesday, July 24, 2024, at her residence. She was born January 26, 1953, in Altoona, a daughter of Lloyd Peck and Elsie M. Taylor. Surviving are her father of Altoona, a daughter Millie M. McCaulley with whom she resided, a son Shaun M. (Erica) McCaulley of Flinton, a grandson Dustin McCaulley, two great granddaughters Hazelynn and Kasey and two step-grandchildren Landon and Isabella. Also surviving is a niece Rose A. Kemberlin of Tyrone. She was preceded in death by her stepfather and mother Harry R. and Elsie M. Kemberlin, her husband James E. McCaulley whom she married in Altoona January 25, 1967 and who died April 2020, a son Christopher McCaulley and a sister Carol Kemberlin.
Joyce was a 1971 graduate of Altoona High School and had been employed as a telemarketer for American Customer Care in Altoona. She was affiliated with Riggles Gap Bible Church.
All services will be privates and at the convenience of the family. The family asks that any donations be made with love and paid to the funeral home to help defray final expenses.
