Johnnie Wilson Obituary

Mr. Wilson, 70, of Duncansville and formerly of Quitman, TX., died unexpectedly Wednesday, November 23, 2022, at a site he was homesteading in Reade Twp, Cambria County, Pennsylvania. He was born November 6, 1952, in Gilmer, TX., a son of the late Johnnie Joyce and Charlie Ruth (Sandifer) Wilson. Surviving is a daughter Alicia C. (Bryan) Goodnight and their children Lincoln and Isabelle, all of Duncansville. John was preceded in death by his parents and a daughter Lauren Wilson

He received a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of North Texas, retired after 25 years as a road construction inspector for the City of Dallas and from long haul trucking after 12 years for KLLM Trucking in Lancaster, TX.

There will be no viewing or services. Burial will take place in Texas. Arrangements by McQuown Funeral Home, Glasgow.
