John R. Sutton, Sr.

     Mr. Sutton, 37, Flinton, died Sunday, November 14, 2004 at his residence after a battle with cancer.  Born January 12, 1967 in N. Tonawanda, NY., a son of the late George F. Sutton and Mary Jane (Crossman) Sutton of Carrolltown.  On August 21, 2004, in Altoona, married Holly R. Gates who survives.  Also surviving are 2 sons: John R. Sutton, Jr. of Fallentimber and Dustin D. Sutton of Altoona, a stepson Keith R. Gates at home, 3 brothers Fred G. and Clifford B., both of Carrolltown and Timothy J. (Red) of Flinton.  He had been employed at J.W. Kitko & Son Wood Products, Glen Hope.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday at 11:00am with Pastor Robert Witherow officiating..  Interment in Beaver Valley Cemetery, Flinton.  Friends received at the McQuown Funeral Home, Glasgow,  Tuesday 2-4 & 7-9.
