John J. Piestrack, Jr., 19, Altoona and Beccaria, died Tuesday August 30, 2011 at Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh. He was born September 9, 1991 in Altoona, a son of John J. Piestrack and Peggy S. Warner and is also survived by his twin sister Michelle D. Piestrack and his grandmother Mary G. Piestrack, all of Beccaria and his foster parents Kevin and Linda Mattern of Altoona.
