Jenny L. Corrado

     Miss Corrado,  64, Altoona, died Monday October 10, 2011 at her residence following an extended illness.  Born  August 26, 1947 in Blandburg a daughter of the late Albert and Irene C. (Yingling) Corrado.  Surviving is a sister Judith I. Stanton of Blandburg.  Also surviving is Jacob Kosmann, whom she raised, and his children Alexandria, Elaina and Maddison of Altoona, Jenny’s extended family including Cindy Kinback and Jeff Reffner and their families of Altoona, Susan Vorhees and family of Levittown and friend Margaret Plunket of Altoona.  She was also preceded in death by an infant sister, a sister Joyce McNelly and lifelong friend Pat Reffner.
     She had been employed by Skills of Altoona and was a life-long caregiver for Bertha Kephart of Altoona.  She was a member of Kingdom Hall of Jehovah‘s Witnesses’, Altoona.  She enjoyed camping with friends and taking care of people.
     At the request of the deceased, there will be no viewing or services.  Arrangements by McQuown Funeral Home, Glasgow.
