James P. Sahm

     Mr. Sahm, 46, Glasgow, died Thursday, May 28, 2015 at his home.  Born November 25, 1968 in Glasgow a son of Gregory F. and Carol A. (Jenkins) Sahm who survive of Blandburg.  On August 7, 1993 in Hollentown he married Shelley R. McClellan who survives along with three sons Joshua A. of Blandburg and Zachary J. and Hunter M. both at home, a granddaughter Jenna and a sister Michelle R. “Bea” O’Donnell of Flinton.  Also surviving are his parents in-law Dave and Gail McClellan of Glasgow, three brothers in-law Brad, Paul and Luke and numerous nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles.  He was preceded in death by a brother Gregory.

     He was a 1986 graduate of Glendale High School and was employed as a printer for Times-Tribune Henderson Printing, Altoona.  He was a member of the Morann Bass Club and the NRA and greatly enjoyed the pursuit of all wild fur, fish and game.  While he was an avid Harley rider he was a wonderful husband, dad and grandpap.

     Friends will be received Sunday 4-8 pm and Monday 10 until the 11:00 am funeral services at the McQuown Funeral Home, Glasgow.  Pastor John Bennett will officiate.  Burial will be in Pleasant Hill Cemetery, Glasgow.
