Isabelle M. "Isie" (Glasgow) Fox

     Mrs. Fox, 100, Allemans, died Wednesday, January 9, 2019 at her residence.  She was born on May 15, 1918 in Allemans, a daughter of the late Andrew J. and Flora G. (Thompson) Glasgow.  On April 24, 1935 she married William T. Fox in Osceola Mills.   He died March 6, 1992.  Surviving are six children Darlene J. (Roger) Miles of Irvona, Joanne Hill, Rodney G. Fox and Barry A. (Tammy) Fox, all of Allemans, Robert E. (Dorothy) Fox of Medina, OH. and Wayne S. (Marie) Fox of Ramey, 10 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren.  She was also preceded in death by two sons David and Russell, a grandson Michael Hill, a son-in-law Roy Hill, a daughter-in-law Ann Lynn Fox, four sisters Rosella North,  Alverta, Geraldine Hanna and Arletha Curry and three brothers Edwin, Wilfred and Calvin.

     Mrs. Fox was a member of the Allemansville United Methodist Church where she was a long time piano player and a member of its Happy Helpers and where 2:00 pm funeral services will be held Sunday, January 13, 2019.  Friends will be received at the McQuown Funeral Home, Glasgow, Saturday 4-8 pm and then on Sunday from 1:00 pm until the hour of services at the church.  Pastor Clare Pannebaker will officiate.  Burial will be in Allemansville Cemetery, Allemans.
