Helen E. (Scott) Frank

     Mrs. Frank, 92, Blandburg, died Sunday, May 10, 2020 at her residence.   She was born December 22, 1927 in Blandburg a daughter of the late John W. and Ethel M. (Herman) Scott.  On April 17, 1948, in Bellwood, she married James A. Frank who died October 30, 2004.  Surviving is her son Daniel J. (Deb) Frank with whom she resided, a grandson Eric (Mary Beth) Frank, three step-grandchildren Dustin, Patrick and Casey Murtagh, three great-grandchildren Olivia, Evan and Emma and two sisters Louella Kovaloski of Apollo and Judith Chilcote of Camp Hill.  She was also preceded in death by a brother John and a sister Mildred Matthew.

     Helen was a 1946 graduate of Reade Twp. High School and was a member of St. Joan of Arc Catholic Church, Frugality.  She had been a hairdresser at Thompson’s Beauty Shop, Blandburg for many years.

     Due to the COVID-19 restrictions the family will have a private visitation and service.  A memorial mass will be scheduled once restrictions are lifted.   Burial will be in Pleasant Hill Cemetery.  Arrangements by McQuown Funeral Home, Glasgow.
