Hazel O'Shell Obituary

Mrs. O’Shell, 87, a resident of HAIDA Manor, Hastings, and formerly of Lyleville, died Wednesday, August 19, 2020 at the manor. She was born May 26, 1933, in Fallentimber, a daughter of the late Luther P. and Bernice (Zimmerman) Adam. On December 10, 1948, in Coalport, she married Donald O’Shell who died April 7, 2008. Surviving are a son Donald J. “Bucky” (Sondra) O’Shell of Van Ormer, three daughters Gloria J. Keith of Patton, Linda B. (Leon) McClellan of Glasgow and Doris L. Davis of Smoke Run, nine grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren. Also surviving is a brother Lance J. Adam of Inverness, FL. Hazel was also preceded in death by a great-granddaughter Makayla Keith, a brother James and 2 sisters Larue Powell and Betty Frye.

She had been employed as a seamstress in several area sewing factories.

The family has opted for a private viewing for family only. McQuown Funeral Home, Glasgow is in charge of arrangements.
