George Thomas Rickard

     Mr. Rickard, 59, of Flinton, passed away Monday, February 12, 2024, at Conemaugh Memorial Medical Center, Johnstown.   He was born October 31, 1964, in Altoona, a son of the late George T. Fleming and Virginia E. Rickard.  He is survived by son Shayne M. Rickard, daughter Makayla A. Rickard, both of Flinton and a son Steven A. Rickard of Utahville, a granddaughter and a sister Dorothy V. Trinkley of Fallentimber.

     George was a 1983 graduate of Glendale High School and was a truck driver for Mustang Intermodal, LLC., based in Garland, TX.  He had enlisted in the United States Army and served in the Reserves as a mechanic at Fort Indiantown Gap.

     A viewing for friends and family will be held Saturday, February 17, 2024, from 4-6 pm at the McQuown Funeral Home, Glasgow.
