Mrs. Salb, 85, a resident of Windy Hill Village, Philipsburg, and formerly of Fallentimber, died at 4:30 am Thursday, May 5, 2005 at the Village. Born May 21, 1919 in Fallentimber, a daughter of the late Martin L. and Della (Keith) Hamilton. On August 6, 1939, in Bristol, PA. she married George J. Salb who died June 26, 1975. Surviving is a daughter Lorraine E. Clark of Madera, 1 grandchild and 3 greatgrandchildren. Also surviving is a sister Irene T.P. Mulhollen of Fallentimber. She was also preceded in death by a brother Leroy and 2 sisters Geraldine Johnson and Helen Briggs.
Mrs. Salb retired as an assembly worker for General Machine Production Co. of Trevose, PA. In 1975. She was a member of the Hollentown Assembly of God and it’s WM’s. Friends received Saturday 2-4 and 6-8 pm at the McQuown Funeral Home, Glasgow and 1-2 pm Sunday at the Hollentown Assembly of God where services will be held at 2 pm with Rev. David Hammerle officiating. Interment in Pleasant Hill Cemetery, Glasgow.
