Frank Nicholas Partner

     Mr. Partner, 62, of Altoona, died unexpectedly Wednesday, April 5, 2023 at his residence from apparent cardiac issues.  He was born April 12, 1960, in Altoona, a son of the late Richard L. and Mary C. (Moser) Partner.  Surviving is a sister Kathy A. Winchester of Van Ormer.  He was preceded in death by his parents and two brothers Eugene and Richard.

     Frank had been employed as a vehicle detailer at Johnny on the Spot Car Wash in Altoona.

      There is to be no visitation or services.  Arrangements by McQuown Funeral Home, Glasgow.
