Mrs. Ball, 66, of Madera, died Wednesday, December 24, 2025 at her residence. She was born April 5, 1959 in Philipsburg, a daughter of the late Frank and Eleanor (Luciano) Yarger. On November 26, 1977, in Smoke Run, she married William L. Ball who survives along with a daughter Dee Ann Speigle of Henderson, NV., a son William L. (Sue) Ball, Jr. of Roseland, three grandchildren Emilie Speigle, Xavier Ball and Aries Ball and nine siblings Irene Lambert of Colorado Springs, CO., Randy Yarger of Clearfield, Rhonda Johnson of Wake Forest, NC., Rod Yargerof Wallaceton, Marcie Shirey of West Decatur, Rick Yarger of Glen Hope, Judy Caldana of Snow Shoe, Jenny Kopchick of Morrisdale, Clark “Hoss” Yarger of Sanborn and numerous nieces and nephews. Eileen was preceded in death by her parents and a sister Linda Exley.
Eileen was a 1977 graduate of Moshannon Valley High School. She had been a driver for Meals on Wheels and then was a senior activities worker at Windy Hill Village in Philipsburg for 18 years and had been a DJ at the former WPHB radio station in Philipsburg. She was proud to have been a parts runner, log skidder operator and all things secretarial related with her husband’s logging company WLB Logging. She enjoyed planting flowers, watching and feeding animals, singing and dancing.
Friends and family are invited to visitation at the McQuown Funeral Home, Glasgow, on Tuesday, December 30, 2025 from 10 am until the 11 am memorial services with Pastor Jane Ball, sister-in-law officiating.
