Doris’ world revolved around her children, numerous grand and great-grandchildren and her extended family. She did not take her title as homemaker lightly as she was always making ready for her family, both immediate and extended. There was always an open door, a meal on the table and a place to lay one’s head for those who traveled to the area from afar.
Doris had attended the Bellwood-Antis High School and was a member of the Blandburg United Methodist Church where her funeral services will be held at 11:00 am Wednesday, August 31, 2022 with Pastor Marsha Bookhammer officiating.
