Donna M. (Michaels) Gates

     Mrs. Gates, 88, Glasgow, died Saturday January 12, 2019 at her residence.  She was born October 23, 1930 in Blandburg a daughter of the late Don A. and Lily M. (Ricketts) Michaels.  On March 29, 1952, in New Centerville, she married Gordon R. Gates who died April 30, 2010.  Surviving are three children Susie L. (Mike) Wagner, Thomas G. (Kathy) Gates and Jeffrey M. (Karen) Gates all of Glasgow, seven grandchildren Jen Wagner, Julie (Kevin) Willard, Jason Wagner, Lindsay Gates, Kaytee (Dan) Graham, Josh (Sara) Gates and Matt (Allyson) Gates, seven great-grandchildren Colin and Chase Willard, Angie & Heaven Wagner, Emmett Gates, Eli Graham and Harper Gates and a sister Connie J. Chilcote of Hollentown.

     Donna was a 1948 graduate of Reade Twp. High School and was a member of Mt. Zion Lutheran Church, Glasgow.

     Friends will be received at the McQuown Funeral Home, Glasgow on Tuesday, January 15, 2019 from 2-4 & 6-8 pm and on Wednesday from 10 am until the hour of services at 11 am.  Pastor Charles Swenson will officiate and burial will be in Pleasant Hill Cemetery, Glasgow.
