Mr. Nardelli, 42, of McKees Rocks, formerly of Coalport, died unexpectedly Sunday, November 30, 2025 in Pittsburgh. He was born January 15, 1983, in Altoona, a son of Ricardo J. “Rick” and Linda D. (Shomo) Nardelli. Surviving are two brothers Richard L. (Stacey) Nardelli and Andrew J. (Kristen) Nardelli, both of Altoona and two nephews Logan Morrison and Devon Nardelli. He was preceded in death by paternal grandparents Lewis Nardelli and John and Florence Pyzowski and maternal grandparents Don and Grace Shomo.
Known as Donnie, he attended Pennsylvania Governor’s School in Pittsburgh in his ninth grade while attending Glendale High School, from which he graduated in 2001. He then became a licensed Paramedic from Harrisburg Area Community College and attained his Registered Nurse license from Clarion University. As an RN, he was a Flight Nurse, a Surgical Nurse and a Trauma Nurse.
Friends and family are invited to a Celebration of Life on Sunday, December 14, 2025 at the Hollentown Assembly of God Fellowship Hall beginning at 2:00 pm. Pastor Joe Hollen will officiate.
