Debra A. Franks

    Miss Franks, 59, Blandburg, died Wednesday, March 11, 2020 at her home following a lengthy battle with respiratory difficulties.   She was born February 5, 1961 in Altoona a daughter of the late Lawrence F. and Grace L. (Keith) Franks.  Surviving is her twin brother Dale A. Franks of Altoona, a brother Dave L. (Kelly) Franks and a sister Brenda G. (Bob) Zeak, both of Blandburg.  Also surviving are numerous nieces and nephews and her dog Gibbs.  She was also preceded in death by a brother Randy Franks.

     Deb was a 1979 graduate of Glendale High School and had been employed as an assembly line worker at the former Proctor-Silex, Altoona.  She was a personal care provider and enjoyed playing bingo and cards.

     She was a Catholic by faith.  A funeral service outside of Mass will be held Monday, March 16, 2020 at 11:00 am from the McQuown Funeral Home, Glasgow with Fr. Robert Reese officiating.  Friends will be received at the funeral home Sunday from 2-4 & 6-8.  Burial in Pleasant Hill Cemetery, Glasgow.
