David C. Hamilton, Jr.

     Mr. Hamilton, 56, Flinton, died Monday, December 14, 2020 at Cambria Care Center, Ebensburg.   He was born June 3, 1964, in Spangler, a son of Ann (Gorman) Hamilton, of Coalport and the late David C. Hamilton, Sr.  Surviving are his mother, four children Gabrielle I. Hamilton of State College, Courtney B. Hamilton of Flinton, Corrine N. Hamilton of Philipsburg and Bon Scott Hamilton, a step-daughter Katherine J. Selvage in Michigan, four grandchildren Alexa, Landon, Marissa and Bradon and three siblings Richard A. (Kim) Hamilton, Janie M. (Lynn) Scott and Christine A. (Marty) Manges all of Coalport.  He was also preceded in death by his wife Denise Selvage.

     He was a 1981 graduate of Glendale High School and had been self-employed as a carpenter.  Dave had attended the Glendale Assembly of God.  He loved the outdoors, especially hunting and fishing.

     Due to the COVID virus situation, there will be no public viewing or visitation.  Friends and family are invited to a 10:00 am graveside committal service at Beaver Valley Cemetery, Flinton on Wednesday, December 16, 2020. Arrangements by McQuown Funeral Home, Glasgow.
