Daniel Scott Coccia

     Mr. Coccia, 42, of Van Ormer, died Sunday, December 26, 2021 at his residence.  He was born January 29, 1979, in Altoona, a son of Frederick E. West and the late Viola A. Coccia. Surviving are three siblings Fred M. Coccia, Tammy J. Coccia and Mike P. Coccia, all of Van Ormer, his father of Houtzdale and his faithful furry companion, his dog Abby.

     Dan was a 1997 graduate of Glendale High School and had been employed as a machinist and welder at Lawruk Machine in Altoona.  He enjoyed fishing and hunting.

     There will be no visitation.     Friends and family are invited to a memorial gathering on Monday, May 9, 2022 from 6-8 pm at the McQuown Funeral Home, Glasgow..
