Mr. McClellan, 35, Irvona, died Thursday, January 7, 2016 at the Center For Organ Recovery and Education, Pittsburgh. He was born April 20, 1980 in Altoona. Surviving are his father Jeffrey C. (Shirl) McClellan, Sr. of Tyrone and his mother Lori S. (Cupp) (Rob) Rerko of Warriors Mark. On May 18, 2004, in Ebensburg, he married Kalee A. Peacock who survives along with three children: Jade A., Aidan C. and Brady L. all at home. Also surviving is a maternal grandfather Kenneth Talmadge of Tyrone. He was preceded in death by a brother Jeffrey C., Jr.
He was a 1999 graduate of Glendale High School and retired from the United States Army where he served as a SPC in Korea and Iraq during the Persian Gulf War.
Friends will be received Sunday 2-4 pm at the McQuown Funeral Home, Glasgow, where funeral services will be held Friday at 4:00 pm with Pastor Bob Queen officiating. Chris was a member of the Richard L. Beers VFW Post #7043 which will conduct military honors at the funeral home.
