Carolyn L. (Mayes) Smith

     Mrs. Smith, 64, Glasgow, died Monday, March 9, 2015 at UPMC-Altoona.  Born September 26, 1950 in Van Ormer a daughter of the late Floyd L. and Genevieve M. (Hollen) Mayes.  On November 4, 1981 in Texas she married Charles W. Smith who died December 16, 2008.  Surviving is a son Eric S. and his companion Christine Delancey of Glasgow and four siblings Jane Mellott of Hollentown, Alice Boulton of Clearfield, Charles of Blandburg and Jerry of Van Ormer.  Also preceded in death by a brother Frank and a sister Julia Terry.

     She had attended the Hollentown Assembly of God where friends will be received Saturday, March 21 from 1:00 pm until the 2:00 pm memorial service with Pastor Joe Hollen officiating.
