Carla Melinda Kruis

     Miss Kruis, 61, of Tyrone, formerly of Glasgow, died unexpectedly Tuesday, August 12, 2025 at her residence due to an apparent heart attack.  Born December 30, 1963 in Altoona a daughter of the late Clyde F. and Lovetta J. (Watson) Kruis, Jr. Surviving are two brothers Leslie G. Kruis of Greenville, VA. and Barry W. Kruis of Hollidaysburg and her partner Greg Maslanik, with whom she lived. She was preceded in death by her parents, a “son” Joseph Costanzo and a brother Larry Kruis.

     Carla was a 1981 graduate of Glendale High School, had been a Mary Kay Cosmetics saleslady and a personal caregiver.

     There will be no viewing or services.  Arrangements by the McQuown Funeral Home, Glasgow.
