Annabelle (Davis) Orbine

     Mrs. Orbine, 92, a resident of Altoona Center for Nursing Care and formerly of Blandburg, died Friday, August 12, 2005 at the Altoona Hospital.  Born November 24, 1912 in Blandburg, a daughter of the late Thomas and Effie (Davis) Davis.  On August 31, 1930, in Cumberland, MD. she married John Orbine who died July 28, 1995.  Surviving are 2 daughters: Patricia L. Begbie of Middletown, NY. and Sally A. Neill of Mechanicsburg; 3 sons: Jack D. of Pearl River, NY. and James D. and Gary T., both of Blandburg,  8 grandchildren and 5 greatgrandchildren.  Also surviving are 2 brothers: Robert of Martinsburg and Jack of Jeffersonville.  Also preceded in death by a daughter Bernice Martin, 1 grandson and brothers Gene, Clarence, Don and Paul.
She was a member of the Blandburg United Methodist Church.  Friends received 2-4 & 7-9 Monday at the McQuown Funeral Home, Glasgow where funeral services will be held at 2:00 pm Tuesday with Rev. Jack C. Winger officiating.  Interment in Pleasant Hill Cemetery, Glasgow.
